But… I like to think of it as a duty. Like, it’s my duty, it’s my JOB to be good to myself. To give myself good, healthy food. To make good choices about things like how much water I drink, how much sleep I get, how much I move around. It’s on my list of job requirements for being a good person, along with being kind to others and nourishing my brain, emotions, and total self.
